Due to illness i havent been as forthcomming as i should have been. At the beginning of this year i wasn't feeling tip top, then i collapsed at work, drastic ! after MIR and other tests it turns out i have idiopathic intracrainial hypertension. along with fibromyalgia .

so that was a thing ! so when im not in pain or falling over im still creating.

consentrating on sculpture and painting mainly as its easier to leave when not feeling well.

still utilizing crystals and wood with a splash of moss.

The reason im writing this is to show everyone that no matter what happens in your life, obsticles put in your way or family constraints or time issues, creativity will find a way. a quote from one of my fav film - galaxy quest - " never give in, never surrender ". i know its easy to say and in fact i hit bottom after my diagnosis but after i got upset i got angry ! 

so started to find things i could do and not focussing on things i couldnt do. as i enjoy painting this is where i started as you dont need to be too active and theres no heavy lifting involved.

i will do more to get back into making and uploading on etsy, youtube and insta as soon as i can .

hopefully we can all have a creative pain free year ! untill next time be groovy x
